Breeding conditions:

No visual records of rodents were made. Snowy Owl was observed hunting hare near Gorodetsky Cape on the Rybachi Peninsula. Long-tailed Skuas were successfully breeding in the inland areas of eastern Murman 30-40 km from sea. Common wader species (Oystercatcher, Wood Sandpiper, Ringed Plover, Temminck's Stint) were breeding successfully. Nest of Great Snipe was found in a seaside area.
