The form is distributed in two sections, the first of which aims to summarize general information on environmental conditions and locations where field studies have been undertaken. The second part (optional) is produced in different versions for different parts of the Arctic, and enables more detailed information on the presence and breeding success of individual species. The files in Word format are zip-packed for downloading, and can be extracted with WinZip or similar archive utility. PDF files can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, but cannot be edited, so if you plan to return forms by e-mail use Word format.
